Group Company Secretary

The Board of NCBA Group PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Kathryne Maundu as Group Company Secretary in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act and following receipt of regulatory approval from the Capital Markets Authority and pending approval from the Central Bank of Kenya. In this capacity, Kathryne will serve as the company secretary for NCBA Group PLC and all Kenyan subsidiaries.
